DHL Japan adopts Folofly F11VS electric commercial van

DHL Japan has introduced the F11VS, a one-ton class commercial electric vehicle (EV) van developed by Folofly, into its delivery fleet. The vehicle was officially delivered at the DHL Tokyo Distribution Center in Koto Ward, Tokyo, bringing the company's total number of EV delivery vehicles to 51.

The Tokyo Distribution Center utilizes approximately 4,000 square meters of solar panels on its roof to supply about 20% of the facility's electricity. This renewable energy is used to charge the EV fleet, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through both facility operations and vehicle usage.

The F11VS features a maximum payload of 1,050kg and a driving range of 479km (WLTP mode). It is scheduled to operate in the Chiyoda, Shinjuku, and Shibuya wards of Tokyo.
