DHL to invest 400 million euros in Europe, citing Poland's trade role

DHL has announced an investment of over 400 million euros in Europe, highlighting Poland as a central hub for global trade. During a visit to Warsaw to celebrate the company's 35th anniversary in the Polish market, DHL Express CEO John Pearson noted that the Polish economy is becoming a primary driver of global trade growth, evidenced by increasing revenues and employee numbers within the local branch.

Complementing this logistical expansion, a Nielsen report titled ‘European retail in 2025 and 2026’ indicates that Poland has recorded the highest growth in purchasing power in Europe at 8.8 percent. The report suggests that the Polish market is successfully resisting inflation and driving development across the broader region.
