Dhoho Airport management transitions to PT Surya Dhoho Investama

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation under the Ministry of Transportation has confirmed the termination of the Joint Operation Agreement (KSO) between PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia and PT Surya Dhoho Investama regarding Dhoho Airport in Kediri, East Java.

Director General Lukman F. Laisa stated that the termination was agreed upon in good faith by both parties, with the formal termination agreement signed for August 31, 2026. The agreement outlines the settlement of rights and obligations, the transition period, the handover of documents and assets, and the transfer of operational responsibilities.

Despite the end of the partnership, Dhoho Airport will remain part of the national air transportation system. Management has been officially designated to PT Surya Dhoho Investama in accordance with Decree Number KP-DJPU 216 of 2026. The Ministry of Transportation will act as the regulator and Project Cooperation Supervisor (PJPK) to ensure the transition is smooth and does not disrupt flight operations.
