Diablo 4 arrives on Nintendo Switch 2 via Age of Hatred Collection

Blizzard Entertainment has released Diablo 4 for the Nintendo Switch 2 as part of the ‘Age of Hatred Collection’. The package includes the base game along with the expansions Vessel of Hatred and Lord of Hatred, and supports the current 15th season.

The game is available both digitally via the eShop and in physical retail. However, the physical version contains only a download code rather than a cartridge, meaning the game is tied to the user's account and cannot be resold. Players are required to link their Nintendo account with a Blizzard account and must maintain a stable internet connection, even for solo play.

While a Nintendo Switch Online membership is not mandatory for single-player content, it is required to access multiplayer features such as PvP, clans, and group play.
