Diablo 4 Season 15 to launch with new mechanics and Witcher 3 crossover

Diablo 4 is set to launch Season 15, titled ‘Season of Awakening Death’, which will be introduced via the 3.2.0 patch. The update features several significant system changes, including a new reincarnation function that allows players to reactivate old characters and a revised socket system known as ‘Soul Shards’. Additionally, the Horadric Cube will be introduced as a tool for targeted crafting.

Blizzard has also officially confirmed a collaboration with ‘The Witcher 3’, which will allow players to unlock a Geralt of Rivia skin and other cosmetic content. The season's content and class balance have been informed by data from the completed PTR period for patch 3.2.0.
