Grenergy doubles H1 2026 net profit to 74 million euros

Grenergy reported a significant increase in financial performance for the first half of 2026, with net profit reaching 74 million euros, a 112% increase compared to the 35 million euros recorded in the same period of 2025. Revenue rose by 51% to 661 million euros, while EBITDA grew by 47% to 126 million euros.

This growth was largely driven by asset rotations, including the sale of the Gabriela project (Phase 4 of Oasis de Atacama) for 411 million euros and the sale of seven solar assets in Colombia. Following these operations, the company has achieved approximately 30% of its asset rotation target for the 2026-2028 period.

Grenergy announced a share buyback program of up to 50 million euros, funded by cash generated from these asset sales. The company plans to accelerate investment in upcoming months as its projects develop, noting a net debt of 1.1 billion euros and a cash position of 273 million euros.
