Diamantino celebrates 298th anniversary with festivals and community programs

The municipality of Diamantino is celebrating its 298th anniversary with a diverse series of cultural, sporting, and social events. The week-long program includes free musical performances featuring Hugo Henrique, Davi Sacer, and the duo Thaeme e Thiago.

In addition to festivities, the local government is conducting community service initiatives, such as the 3rd UNEMAT University Games, the delivery of eyeglasses through the Sesc Saúde Visão program, and land regularization title distributions.

As part of the anniversary programming, the municipal government is also holding a special edition of the ‘IPTU Premiado 2026’ lottery. This initiative aims to encourage timely property tax payments by offering cash prizes to compliant taxpayers, with four draws of R$1,000 each scheduled to take place.
