Diamantino launches health registration update drive

The City Hall of Diamantino, through the Municipal Health Secretariat, is launching a registration update drive across all Family Health Strategies (ESFs) throughout September. The initiative, managed by the Municipal Regulation Center, aims to update clinical information, personal documents, and contact details for patients.

Updating this data is intended to increase the speed and effectiveness of referrals for specialized consultations and medical procedures. Health Secretary Adélia Maria emphasized that accurate contact information, particularly phone numbers, is vital for teams to reach patients when appointments are scheduled.

The drive follows a specific schedule across various ESF locations, including Bom Jesus, UniSaúde, Jardim Alvorada, and several rural areas. Residents are required to present personal identification (RG, CPF, or CNH), their SUS card, and proof of residence during the scheduled hours.
