Diamantino's XX Festival de Férias draws record crowds

The municipality of Diamantino concluded its XX Festival de Férias 2026 after an 11‑day program featuring 13 sports disciplines and more than 9,000 participants, marking a record level of public attendance. The event, organized by the municipal Sports and Leisure Secretariat in partnership with Águas de Diamantino, also generated a noticeable boost for local commerce as vendors set up stalls in Praça São Benedito to serve the influx of visitors.

The city awarded over R$15,000 in prize money: Agrokeller won the overall title and R$8,000, Sports Léo placed second with R$4,000, Construtora Senhar took third with R$2,000, and BR 4 Rodas earned R$1,000.
