Diamond Aircraft unveils new models and deliveries at AirVenture Oshkosh

Diamond Aircraft used its booth at the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh show to present a full range of aircraft, including the DA62, DA50 RG, DA42‑VI, DA40 NG and DA40 XLT. The company marked the delivery of a DA40 XLT to Middle Tennessee State University and a DA42‑VI to Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University, and announced that the DA40 NG will be supplied to SkyWarrior Flight Training as part of an earlier order for 18 aircraft. Premier Aircraft Sales, the U.S. authorised dealer, sold a DA62 during the event, signing the purchase contract on the floor.

The DA50 RG highlighted at the show is registered D‑EMVH (S/N 50.C.A.A.019) and has logged 545 flight hours and 386 landings. It is powered by a turbocharged Continental CD‑300 Centurion 3.0 jet‑A1 engine delivering 300 hp, equipped with a Garmin G1000 NXi glass cockpit, GFC700 autopilot and full anti‑ice system. After a runway overshoot in 2022, the aircraft underwent a thorough inspection and repair by Diamond Aircraft Industries in Austria, including propeller, nose‑gear and main‑gear door replacements.

Diamond Aircraft emphasized its long‑term training partnerships, with nearly 150 members of the Diamond Flying Club attending the event, and supported EAA KidVenture educational activities. Bin Chen, chairman of Diamond Aircraft Group, highlighted the company’s commitment to providing efficient, technologically advanced aircraft for future professional pilots.
