Diamond League finals held in Brussels feature Gianmarco Tamberi

The 2026 Diamond League finals are taking place in Brussels at the Memorial Van Damme stadium, held between September 4 and 5. The event features competition for sixteen Diamond Trophies, with prize values ranging from $30,000 to $60,000.

Italian high jumper Gianmarco Tamberi is a central figure in the competition, seeking a fourth career Diamond League title. Tamberi enters the event following recent successes at the European Championships in Birmingham and the Mediterranean Games. He will face international competitors including JuVaughn Harrison, Oleh Doroshchuk, Romaine Beckford, and Mateusz Kolodziejski.
