Diamond League Monaco meeting produces personal bests and near‑national record

At the Herculis HBS Diamond League meeting in Monaco, French javelin thrower Alizée Minard finished sixth with a best of 57.06 m after an early second‑place position. China’s Yan Ziyi won the event with a throw of 68.75 m, followed by Serbia’s Adriana Vilagos (63.18 m) and Greece’s Elina Tzengko (58.20 m).

In the women’s triple jump, Senegal’s Saly Sarr claimed second place with a personal‑best leap of 14.99 m, just one centimetre shy of the Senegalese national record. Cuba’s Leyanis Perez‑Hernandez won the competition with a jump of 15.06 m, also a personal best, while Dominique’s Théa Lafond completed the podium with 14.79 m.
