Polsat, the rights holder in Poland, failed to air the meeting at the scheduled time on Polsat Sport 3. The broadcaster attributed the delay to ‘force majeure’ that could not have been predicted. Instead of the athletics coverage, viewers were presented with a volleyball match between Latvia and Hungary. The Diamond League coverage eventually appeared on the channel after 21:00.
