Diane Thomason Invitational to be held at Davenport Country Club

The Diane Thomason Invitational is scheduled to take place on September 28-29 at the Davenport Country Club in Pleasant Valley, Iowa. Hosted by the University of Iowa, the tournament will feature 13 competing universities. Due to renovations at the Finkbine Golf Course, the event has moved from its usual location in Iowa City to the par-71 Davenport course.

Participating teams include Montana State, Bowling Green State University, Western Michigan, Northern Illinois, and the University of St. Thomas. Montana State enters the tournament following three consecutive weeks of competition, while Bowling Green State University looks to build on a recent fourth-place tie at the Mary Fossum Invitational. Other scheduled competitors include Bradley, Drake, Missouri State, Northern Iowa, Omaha, and South Dakota.
