DiDi expands security features and promotions in Latin America

DiDi is expanding its service features and promotional offerings across Latin America. In the Dominican Republic, the mobility platform has introduced a PIN code security feature. This function generates a unique, random numerical key that both the passenger and driver must verify to ensure the correct vehicle is boarded before a trip begins.

In Peru, DiDi is offering a promotion for new users, providing a free first trip for DiDi Express or DiDi Pon Tu Precio services with a discount of up to S/15. The company continues to emphasize its safety ecosystem, which includes 24-hour emergency buttons, continuous trip monitoring, and mutual rating systems for both drivers and passengers.
