DiDi taxi-hailing service launches at Asahikawa Airport

DiDi Mobility Japan has announced that its taxi-hailing service, DiDi, became available at Asahikawa Airport in Hokkaido on October 1. The service is integrated into the airport’s designated “ride-hailing app pickup area,” allowing passengers to book taxis directly through the app.

To support the expansion, new taxi operators in the Asahikawa area have joined the DiDi network. The app features multi-language support to assist inbound international travelers and offers cashless payment options to streamline the boarding process.
