Didim Bicycle Festival concludes with breast cancer awareness theme

The Didim Bicycle Festival, organized by the Didim Poseidon Bicycle Sports Club with support from the Didim Municipality, concluded after running from October 1 to October 4. The event brought together cycling enthusiasts from various cities to ride through the historical and natural landscapes of Didim.

Coinciding with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the festival incorporated a social awareness component. Participants used pink ribbons on their bicycles to highlight the importance of early diagnosis. Didim Mayor Hatice Gençay participated in the awareness efforts by attaching a pink ribbon to her own bicycle and presented certificates to the participants during the closing ceremony.
