Didim foundation land to be leased for 30 years

The Aydın Regional Directorate of Foundations is launching a 30-year lease auction for approximately 18,000 square meters of foundation-owned land in the Çamlık neighborhood of Didim, Aydın. The property, located near Altınkum Yalı Street, consists of four parcels including one masonry hotel with outbuildings and three plots of land.

Following two previous unsuccessful attempts to sell the properties, the auction will now proceed via a long-term lease model in exchange for construction or renovation. The estimated investment value is set at approximately 401.6 million TL, with a temporary guarantee of 12.05 million TL. The auction is scheduled to take place in Ankara on October 13, 2026.

The 30-year contract includes a four-year period for construction and zoning. Rental payments will follow a structured schedule, starting at 250,000 TL per month for the first year, with subsequent annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index (TÜFE). A specific adjustment is scheduled for the fifth year based on a 2.7 million TL base price plus the four-year inflation rate.
