Didim Municipality receives approval for street animal food facility

Didim Municipality has received an official operating approval certificate for its street animal food production facility. Following an inspection by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, the facility is now officially recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as a licensed producer of cat and dog food.

The facility was established to meet the nutritional needs of street animals within the municipality. By producing food in-house, the municipality aims to increase production capacity and ensure a more organized feeding program. Didim Mayor Hatice Gençay stated that the approval is a significant step in strengthening the municipality's ability to support the health and well-being of local animals.
