The Sat. 1 spin-off series “Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof” continues its broadcast schedule in September 2026. The drama follows the five Lamminger siblings as they manage their family's Sonnenhof estate and an attached medical practice following the death of their parents.

Plotlines involve family conflicts, personal developments, and romantic tensions. Recent episodes focus on Konstantin attempting to keep secrets from Ella to prevent her from despisng him, while Lilli and Marc decide to keep their new relationship private. Lilli also faces challenges regarding the reopening of the family inn and navigating complex feelings involving Sebastian.
