Die Toten vom Bodensee crime series announces new episodes

The German crime series ‘Die Toten vom Bodensee’ continues with new developments in both its current plotlines and upcoming production. In a recent episode, Inspector Micha Oberländer falls into a coma following a high-speed chase, leaving his colleagues, Mara Eisler and Thomas Komlatschek, to investigate a connection between a murdered priest and a closed children's home.

Additionally, production company Graf Film has announced three new installments for the series: ‘Der Wassergeist’, ‘Schützenfrau’, and ‘Hexenwerk’. Filming for these episodes began in March 2026 and was scheduled for completion by mid-June 2026. While specific broadcast dates for these new films have not yet been released, the series will continue to feature investigations set around Lake Constance.
