Diego and Raffaella Rossi win Lanzada Trail races

The Lanzada Trail – Trofeo Parolini Renato, the fourth stage of the Gran Prix delle Valli di Sondrio, took place on August 9 in Valmalenco. Due to the closure of the road to Campo Moro, the event was modified from the previous Glacier trail format to a 10.5 km course with 750 meters of positive elevation gain.

In the men's race, Diego Rossi of GS CSI Morbegno secured first place with a time of 56 minutes and 36 seconds. He narrowly defeated Federico Bardea of Sportiva Lanzada, who finished 11 seconds later. Jean Pierre Pedrotti took third place.

In the women's race, Raffaella Rossi of Team Valtellina claimed victory with a time of 1 hour, 13 minutes, and 46 seconds. She was followed by teammate Federica Morosini in second place and Sara Asparini in third. The next stage of the Gran Prix is scheduled for September 20 in Albosaggia.
