Diego Maciel sworn in as Santa Fe Supreme Court minister

Diego Maciel has officially sworn in as the new minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of Santa Fe, filling the vacancy left by the resignation of Eduardo Guillermo Spuler. During his inauguration, Maciel emphasized the importance of respecting constitutional mechanisms and maintaining a balance between state powers, stating that the judiciary must exercise its control function without overstepping into the attributes of other branches.

In a related development, federal judge Aldo Alurralde stated he has no current updates regarding his potential appointment to the Santa Fe Supreme Court. Alurralde confirmed he will continue his duties at the Federal Court of Reconquista until any official transition occurs. He expressed support for the need for judicial renewal in the province and advocated for a model of justice that is more accessible and connected to the needs of society.
