Diego Mascarenhas and Edwan Oliveira launch Chapa 2 in Manaus

Diego Mascarenhas and Edwan Oliveira, representing Chapa 2 - Amor Caprichoso, are launching their campaign for the presidency of the Associação Cultural Boi-Bumbá Caprichoso in Manaus. The official launch will take place this Sunday at the SESI-Clube do Trabalhador.

The event is expected to bring together members, fans, artists, and various leaders of the cultural association, including current president Rossy Amoedo and former president Jender Lobato. Mascarenhas has been meeting with community leaders to present his vision of building a more united and organized institution.

Edwan Oliveira, the candidate for vice-president, stated that the campaign aims to strengthen the organization's presence in the arena while valuing the members of the community.
