Diego Rico joins CA Osasuna on a one-year contract

CA Osasuna has officially signed defender Diego Rico as a new player. The 33-year-old joins the club as a free agent following the conclusion of his contract with Getafe CF on June 30.

Rico has signed a one-season contract that includes a €10 million release clause. He has already passed medical examinations at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra and is expected to be presented by the club shortly.

A versatile defender with significant experience, Rico has played 185 matches in the First Division, 39 in the Premier League, and 9 in the Europa League. His arrival is intended to strengthen Osasuna's defensive depth and provide competition for the left-back position.
