Dien Quang and Hoa Binh Construction fined for disclosure violations

The State Securities Inspectorate has issued administrative penalties against Dien Quang Group, Hoa Binh Construction Group, and Signo Land for violations regarding information disclosure obligations on the stock market.

In addition to the fine, the company must cancel or correct the inaccurate information.

Hua Binh Construction Group was fined 92.5 million VND for failing to disclose or for the late disclosure of various bond-related information.
