Dienstleistungen24.de offers commission-free platform for German tradespeople

The German platform Dienstleistungen24.de is positioning itself as an alternative to traditional service marketplaces by offering craft businesses a model without commissions or lead fees. Currently, many German tradespeople face high costs on existing platforms, including commissions of 10 to 30 percent, lead fees ranging from 20 to 80 euros, and monthly subscription costs.

In contrast, Dienstleistungen24.de provides free registration and company profiles, with no commission taken from the order value. The platform generates revenue exclusively through optional pro-memberships. This model aims to allow tradespeople—such as painters, electricians, and plumbers—to receive payments directly from customers without intermediaries. Jim Eichholz, owner of the platform, stated that the goal is to allow craftsmen to focus on their work rather than calculating platform fees.
