Municipalities implement local safety, urban, and digital updates
Various municipalities are implementing new local measures and services. In Dieppe, France, authorities established a security perimeter due to a risk of a third-floor balcony collapsing. Additionally, the SPA Dieppoise discovered 19 animals living in poor conditions following an incident involving a dog falling from a building.
In Saint-Jérôme, Canada, the city council approved new 30-minute parking zones to support downtown vitality and created a consultative committee for urban development. The city is also conducting a study on the Claude-Henri-Grignon Culture House and has committed to a 50-year protection plan for 350 trees in Richer Park.
Other regional updates include the launch of a new mobile application in Bagnols-en-Forêt to improve citizen communication, and various administrative and community service updates across towns in France and Luxembourg.
