Municipalities implement local safety, urban, and digital updates

Various municipalities are implementing new local measures and services. In Dieppe, France, authorities established a security perimeter due to a risk of a third-floor balcony collapsing. Additionally, the SPA Dieppoise discovered 19 animals living in poor conditions following an incident involving a dog falling from a building.
