Dietsmann Energy seeks OHS Coordinator for Mintia plant

Dietsmann Energy is recruiting an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator for its Mintia gas-fired power plant. The successful candidate will support the OHS Manager in implementing and monitoring safety programs, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and standards, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of OHS procedures, monitoring daily operations for safety and environmental compliance, and conducting safety inspections and toolbox talks. The role also involves reporting unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents, supporting incident investigations, managing OHS documentation, and providing training for employees and contractors.

Qualified candidates should hold a degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Mandatory requirements include specific certifications as an OHS Inspector and PSI Technical Framework. The position requires a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in OHS roles, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.
