Dietzenbach shooting: Fourth suspect arrested in the Netherlands

Authorities have arrested a fourth suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of a 60-year-old man in Dietzenbach. The new suspect, a 20-year-old, was apprehended in Groningen, Netherlands, by local authorities following coordination with the German State Criminal Police Office (Landeskriminalamt).

The incident occurred on the evening of Monday, September 14, when the victim was struck by a bullet on an open street in front of a Tegut store. He later died from his injuries.

Previously, police had arrested three other suspects aged 20, 26, and 37. Prosecutors have stated that the victim and two of the suspects are Turkish citizens, while one of the detainees holds German citizenship. The motive for the killing remains unknown.
