The Guerrero System for Integral Family Development (DIF Guerrero) has begun distributing equipment to school cafeterias across the Centro, Acapulco, and Costa Grande regions to improve food preparation and delivery conditions for children.

In Chilpancingo, Liz Salgado Pineda, honorary president of DIF Guerrero, led the distribution of packages to several municipalities in the Centro region, including Ahuacuotzingo, Chilpancingo, Eduardo Neri, General Heliodoro Castillo, José Joaquín de Herrera, Leonardo Bravo, Mochitlán, and Zitlala. Additional equipment was provided to Acapulco and Coyuca de Benítez in the Costa Grande region.

These initiatives are part of a social policy promoted by Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda to prioritize the well-being of children and families through food assistance programs. The DIF Guerrero plans to progressively deliver a total of 329 equipment packages throughout the state.
