DIF Madero seeks family for elderly woman in vulnerable conditions

The Ciudad Madero DIF System in Tamaulipas is searching for relatives of an elderly woman living in vulnerable conditions. Despite receiving offers of support, including placement in a nursing home to ensure a safer and more dignified environment, the woman has refused to leave her residence.

Nefertiti Constantino Martínez, the general director of volunteering, stated that the woman has also declined basic household items such as a stove and a refrigerator. While some individuals have attempted to assist with cleaning and home improvements, the woman has not always accepted the help. Authorities continue investigations to identify any relatives who can provide care or accompaniment.
