DIF Municipal de San Luis Capital receives well-being guarantee seal

The Municipal DIF System of San Luis Capital has received the ‘Sello de Garantía de Bienestar: Atención Integral a las Violencias’ (Well-being Guarantee Seal: Comprehensive Attention to Violence). The distinction was presented by Mayor Enrique Galindo Ceballos to DIF President Estela Arriaga Márquez.

Between October 2025 and September 14, 2026, the Puerta Violeta program provided over 12,300 services, including legal, psychological, and medical assistance. Additionally, the Family Violence Care Unit registered more than 8,300 services. Other municipal agencies reported significant activity, with the Office for Children and Adolescents providing over 6,700 services and the Office for the Elderly providing more than 3,600 services.
