DIF Puebla receives 621,000 pesos for medical program

The Municipal DIF of Puebla has received a donation of 621,174.22 pesos to support the ‘Médico Imparable’ program. The funds were collected through the ‘Cambio x Cambio’ rounding campaign at OXXO stores.

The ‘Médico Imparable’ initiative provides free medical consultations and medications directly to the homes of vulnerable individuals, specifically targeting seniors and those with mobility issues who cannot easily visit medical facilities. The program is fully funded by the DIF.

To date, the program has provided over 30,000 medical consultations and distributed more than 41,000 pieces of medication. The new funds will be used to maintain and expand these services, which address chronic, respiratory, and gastrointestinal illnesses.
