Diffa region hosts civil status reforms and political support meetings

In the Diffa region of Niger, several administrative and political developments are underway. A national awareness tour has launched in Diffa to promote reforms in civil status, physical identification, and the modernization of the national identification system. This initiative is part of the WURI-Niger project, supported by the World Bank, and aligns with the government's vision for national refoundation.

In Goudoumaria, the local population held a meeting organized by the M62 movement to express support for the current authorities and the leadership of President Abdourahamane Tiani. The gathering emphasized national sovereignty and the orientations of the National Council for the Safeguarding of the Homeland (CNSP).

Additionally, the region hosted the launch of the entrance exam for the Niamey Scientific High School. Due to the regional scope, only one candidate from Diffa is participating in the competition.
