Diggle platform adopted by Haagen-Dazs Japan and JTOWER

Multiple Japanese companies, including Haagen-Dazs Japan and JTOWER, are implementing the management control platform ‘Diggle’ to modernize their financial and operational management processes.

Haagen-Dazs Japan plans to fully deploy the platform by September 2026 to address challenges such as inconsistent budget management across departments and heavy reliance on spreadsheet software. The goal is to enable precise, project-based budget and actual-versus-plan analysis, improving decision-making speed and cost management.

JTOWER, an infrastructure sharing company, has already implemented the platform, reporting a reduction of approximately 50% in the man-hours required for budget aggregation and variance analysis. The company is using the system to establish a profit and loss management structure driven by individual business units and to manage bonus systems linked to business-specific EBITDA.
