Digi Communications reports €1.2 billion H1 revenue amid Spanish IPO success

Digi Communications N.V. reported consolidated revenues of €1.2 billion for the first half of 2026, representing a 10% year-on-year increase. The company also saw adjusted EBITDA rise by 17% to €398 million during the same period.

CEO Serghei Bulgac identified Spain as the group’s primary growth engine. This follows the successful July IPO of Digi Spain Telecom on the Spanish stock market. Digi Spain's share price remained stable at €5.60 per share at the end of its first month of trading, matching its initial offering price. The Spanish IPO was reportedly oversubscribed by both domestic and international investors, providing the company with increased financial flexibility for future development.

In the second quarter of 2026 alone, the group recorded revenues of €608 million, an 11% increase compared to the previous year. The company's total revenue-generating user agreements reached 33.9 million across its markets in Romania, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
