According to an independent report by Opensignal, which analyzes real consumer experiences, DIGI was named the mobile network with the best overall user experience.

Based on data collected between January 1 and March 31, 2026, the company achieved leader status in categories including video streaming, gaming, and 5G upload speeds. Specifically, DIGI was identified as a winner or joint winner in Time on Network, Consistent Quality, and Reliability Experience. In the video streaming segment, the company earned a score of 73 out of 100, reflecting high performance in image resolution, loading times, and low stall rates.
