Digital audio expansion grows in the Czech Republic

The digital audio landscape in the Czech Republic is expanding through new infrastructure and advertising initiatives. Teleko digital, a. s. is actively recruiting new customers for its DAB+ network, which provides coverage across parts of Bohemia, Moravia, and Silesia. The operator has noted it was the first to meet the strict development criteria set by the Czech Telecommunication Office.

Simultaneously, Radiohouse has completed the first phase of its BE DIGI project, which aims to integrate regional advertisers into digital audio. The project has engaged dozens of clients across the country, ranging from small businesses to large construction firms, helping them utilize digital formats such as online streams and podcasts alongside traditional FM and DAB+ broadcasting.
