Digital creators and comedy programs expand into new business formats

Content creator Teteu Severo discussed his transition from recording videos in his bedroom to building a professional comedy business with approximately 8 million followers. Speaking at the Sapiranga Summit, Severo highlighted how comedy can serve as a healing tool by helping people find humor in difficult situations and creating a sense of identification among viewers.

In the entertainment sector, the comedy program ‘Tô de Graça’ is expanding into the podcast format with the launch of ‘PodGrah’. Hosted by Rodrigo Sant’anna and Andy Gercker, the new mesacast will feature guests such as Gracyanne Barbosa, Cariúcha, Ana Hikari, and Wanessa Camargo. The project is a collaboration between Multishow and Globoplay, airing weekly on YouTube.
