Digital Hollywood to support Nagano Prefecture DX High School project

Digital Hollywood has been contracted by Nagano Prefecture to support the ‘DX High School Support Project’. The initiative aims to promote digital transformation (DX) in high schools by providing teacher training and facilitating partnerships between schools and local information service providers.

The program includes eight training sessions for teachers, utilizing a hybrid of in-person and online formats. Topics cover Python programming, digital ethics, 3D printing, and the educational use of the metaverse. Additionally, the company will provide e-learning materials for Information I and II subjects for one year.

This project is part of a broader Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) initiative. For the 2026 academic year, 1,249 high schools nationwide have been selected for the DX High School program. Notable examples of the program's impact include schools focusing on agricultural DX, semiconductor talent development, and metaverse-based commerce.
