Digital Hollywood University announces educational partnership and media art exhibition

Digital Hollywood University (DHU) has announced a partnership with Ame ni mo Makezu High School, led by Principal Hiroshi Osaki, to bridge high school and university education. The collaboration will establish a laboratory for high school students through DHU’s Institute of Real Science. This lab aims to provide a practical learning environment where students can engage in research and creative processes alongside university faculty, researchers, and professionals, rather than being passive recipients of knowledge.

In a separate academic development, DHU will host the ‘Tashiten’ media art exhibition on August 28–29, 2026. The event showcases works created by 14 students under the guidance of Visiting Professor Yoichi Ochiai. The exhibition is designed to present diverse perspectives through media art, allowing visitors to experience how different viewpoints shape the perception of a single work.
