Digital Poland Association proposes AI and infrastructure plan for schools

The Digital Poland Association has proposed a strategic plan titled ‘From Hardware to Competencies’ to advance the digitalization of Polish schools. The proposal, which has been submitted to the Ministry of National Education and relevant parliamentary committees, argues that providing computers and tablets is insufficient without a long-term support system.

Key recommendations include establishing permanent funding for school infrastructure to cover device servicing, software updates, licenses, cloud services, and technical assistance. The plan also emphasizes the need for better teacher training and the appointment of digital coordinators to prepare educational institutions for the integration of artificial intelligence.
