Digital streaming channels face financial and audience challenges
Several digital streaming channels are facing significant uncertainty due to high production costs and profitability issues. Solo Streaming is reportedly set to cease broadcasting between November 27 and November 30 due to economic complications linked to the Solo Deportes chain.
Carnaval Stream has confirmed that its current 2026 programming will conclude on November 27. The channel will take a hiatus during the summer to evaluate its continuity for 2027, with a potential return in March or April. The platform features prominent journalists such as Viviana Canosa and Fabián Doman.
Additionally, the streaming platform Blender has notified its hosts that its programming will end in late November, with a possible return in April 2027, though no contracts or host lineups have been confirmed for that period.
