Digital tools launched for real estate and tax calculations in Brazil

New interactive tools have been released to assist with real estate calculations and decision-making in Brazil. These resources include a calculator for the Property Transfer Tax (ITBI) in São Paulo, which utilizes reference market values across 117 neighborhoods.

Other available tools include a square meter calculator for irregular plots or rooms, and a simulator to determine if property owners fall under the new tax reform regime for rental income. Additionally, a data tool provides a ranking of São Paulo's 96 districts by crossing average rental or sale prices with public quality-of-life indicators such as security, health, and mobility.
