Digital transformation initiatives in Quang Ninh and Quang Tri provinces

Various regional initiatives in Vietnam are focusing on technological adaptation and digital transformation. In Quang Ninh, the Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company is transitioning from open-pit mining to underground mining methods. This shift involves implementing modern extraction technologies and environmental greening efforts to adapt to new production requirements.

In Quang Tri, the Provincial Youth Union organized a Mega Live event titled ‘Quang Tri Youth Accompanying the Digitalization of Local Agricultural Products’. The livestreaming program aimed to promote local specialties—including coffee, tea, honey, and various traditional foods—to consumers via digital platforms. The event attracted over 207,000 views and 11,000 interactions, highlighting the role of youth in driving digital transformation in rural areas.
