Digitalization and AI focus for upcoming tech forums in Poland

Regional technology and business development in northeastern Poland will be highlighted through two major upcoming events focused on digitalization and IT expertise.

The 10th edition of the Programistok conference, hosted by Bialystok University of Technology on September 25-26, 2026, will bring together over 500 programmers, engineers, and business leaders. This jubilee edition introduces a new business module dedicated to the digitalization of regional companies, bridging the gap between academic research and industry needs.

Additionally, the 10th Border Business Forum is scheduled for October 15-16, 2026, at the Poland-East Science and Technology Park in Suwałki. The forum will address the challenges of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the implementation of artificial intelligence in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Professor Aleksandra Przegalińska is set to speak on the practical impacts of AI and automation on the labor market and operational efficiency.
