Digitális Polgári Körök announces DPK Academy leadership program

The Digitális Polgári Körök (DPK) has announced the speaker lineup for its 160-hour free leadership training program, the DPK Academy, which is scheduled to begin in October. According to organizers, hundreds of applicants have already registered for the program, which aims to provide practical knowledge in community building, communication, and public engagement.

The roster of speakers includes a diverse range of Hungarian political figures from different affiliations, such as former LMP MP András Schiffer and Fidesz parliamentary group leader János Bóka, alongside MPs Alexandra Szentkirályi and Gábor Szűcs, and Kinga Gál. Media and cultural professionals such as producer Philip Rákay and historian Márton Békés are also set to participate.

International contributors include Alexander Sell, a German AfD Member of the European Parliament, and Gavin Wax, a former president of the New York Young Republican Club. Additionally, Italian journalist and academic Francesco Giubilei will participate. The organizers noted that the list of speakers is not yet complete and more names will be added in the coming period.
