Dijon International and Gastronomic Fair 2026 opens

The Dijon International and Gastronomic Fair has opened, running from October 31 to November 11, 2026. This edition focuses on the transmission of culinary expertise, local products, and sustainable food practices.

Dijon Métropole is participating with a program designed to showcase regional culinary riches and promote sustainable eating. The initiative includes demonstrations, culinary battles, and workshops. Local restaurateurs, including Foodies, l’Auberge de la Charme, and Traiteur Kër, are collaborating with the metropolitan central kitchen to highlight local savoir-faire.

For the first time, the fair includes a dedicated Halloween event on October 31. Activities include makeup workshops, pumpkin carving, and scary recipe workshops for families. A costume contest with multiple age categories is also scheduled as part of the festivities.
