Dikili and Altıeylül hold vibrant summer arts festivals

The Dikili municipality organized a four‑day "Yaz Etkinlikleri" program at 75th Year Park from July 20‑23, featuring dance shows, concerts, a literary talk and folk performances. Mayor Adil Kırgöz highlighted the strong turnout of residents and visitors and praised the event for reinforcing Dikili's cultural identity.

Altıeylül’s "Yaz Akşamları" series took place in Asuva Park’s open‑air theater, where the municipal rhythm group and folklore team performed traditional music and dances. Mayor Hakan Şehirli attended and emphasized the role of such events in fostering social cohesion and preserving local heritage. Both festivals attracted broad community participation across age groups.
